Around the year 1910, in a magical town named Izamal, the delicious dessert called a "marquesita" was born.

This name was created the daughters of a famous marquis, who loved this delicious artesan dessert that was filled with Dutch cheese.

Throughout the years, this wonderful snack has evolved to include a variety of fillings and flavors and it is now consumed all over the world!
